No it's not! That is why we have Courts. You have an opinion about what is Unconstitutional. If you decide to violate a law, you will be prosecuted. Since you have a free will, that is something you can decide to do. But, don't tell others there won't be consequences if they do like you.

I never said there wouldn't be consequences, but that won't stop us from demanding our rights be respected, and our strength is in our numbers, the more who disobey, the more impossible it is for your dictators to enforce their unconstitutional overreaches to violate our rights.

Regardless of the consequences, we will fight your fascist authoritarian democrat overreach.
Push harder and so will we, we will nullify your unconstitutional law, in the streets and in the courts as jurors.

Blue States who are ignoring the SCOTUS decisions are going to get smacked down, it's coming under Trump and I love it.

That's right. There will be consequences. Anyone who thinks otherwise, may end up spending years in prison. Who, besides yourself, is willing to take that gamble?
 
Millions, watch what happens if democrats ever get in power and actually get new unconstitutional Federal law passed, in red States the authorities will refuse to enforce as masses disobey, this is why your anti 2A groups are attacking in blue States, because they kept failing at the federal level.

Watch for blue States to lose at the SCOTUS in 2026 and you're going to see SCOTUS push back in NY, NJ where they are ignoring Bruen.

The vast majority of gun owners want to obey all laws. There are, and always will be gun nuts like yourself, but this is NOT the majority. Good luck with the Courts. You are sure gonna need it.

The vast majority of gun owners do obey the laws, that's why passing unconstitutional laws that restrict millions, on account of a few maniacs is wrong, because maniacs don't obey the law.

That said, when the laws are unconstitutional, they are by virtue of the Constitutions supremacy clause INVALID and must be disobeyed, nullified and overturned.

They can be overturned. But, only by the courts, or Congress. You don't get to decide what is Unconstitutional. That IS a fact. Good luck with the Courts. You are gonna need it. ;)

Looks like we will. Polls looking at Democrats chances next year look as good as Trump's first term when we took 40 seats in the House. The election earlier this month shows the same chances. Good luck to Republicans. You are sure gonna need it.

Even if dems won the house and senate in 26 you still won't get your agenda into law.

Not while Trump is in the White House, but after that...it definitely could happen. In the meantime, Democrats will be a check on Trump. He is Republicans' worst enemy. Thank you Dumbass Donald.
 
The checks your dems put on Trump will revisit you when a dem is in office, I think that's a good thing.
But we're a long way from seeing a dem potus.
