A federal grand jury in Miami has indicted Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick and several co-defendants for allegedly stealing federal disaster funds, laundering the proceeds, and using the money to support her 2021 congressional campaign.

Cherfilus-McCormick represents Florida's 20th Congressional District, which includes a portion of Palm Beach County. Florida records indicate Cherfilus-McCormick has not filed for re-election in District 20 for the 2026 election.

Not exactly. Laws must be overturned by the courts before they can be disobeyed. You don't get to make that call. But, this is not what the lawmakers said. So, why is Trump calling for these Democrats' executions?

Nope. You don't get to make that decision. You have an opinion, that is all. That opinion won't get you out of being prosecuted if you decide to violate a law. That is why we have Courts. What is unlawful for troops is outlined in the UCMJ.

When a citizen disobeys an unconstitutional law and is arrested, they get their day in court, and we have well funder 2A orgs. who lawyer up these good citizens, this is how we get these unconstitutional laws overturned.
Yes, some have to be appealed all the way to the SCOTUS, but we are winning.

You can't have your authoritarian fascist big government violating our rights for the issues you want, yet have Constitutional Freedom for the issues you care about.
