Letitia James was indicted today by, none other than, Lindsey Halligan. This will very likely go down as another Comey prosecution.

This is yet another prosection of a perceived enemy of the Donald. He said so in his direction to Pam. I guess Adam Schiff is going to be next. And, all of them for supposed Mortgage Fraud. Meanwhile, there's a guy in this administration that took $50,000 in cash from the FBI in a paper bag.

No one is. You still need evidence to even consider a prosecution. I don't see this coming close to convicting James. We shall see, but Trump isn't helping by texting to Bondi, "Pam, you need to go after Comey, James and Schiff." I also care if Homan still has that $50,000 in cash and if he paid taxes on them this year.

Letitia James is likely to be found guilty based on real evidence, her 2nd house was rented out when she signed her falsified loan, she gained over 18,000.00 by falsifying her loan.

The case against James requires prosecutors to prove she intended to defraud the bank. That is a heavy lift considering the slim evidence they have. They claim she rented out her third property as if that is illegal. This is more about trying to make her miserable than getting justice to for the American people. I really don't see this working for Trump.

Litisha James not only lied on her loan, she also lied on her insurance policy about the house being personal use only, but she told the truth on her taxes and her pre-employment form, that establishes a pattern of intent to defraud.
