Yeah, Trump is so far under water with all the polls, if I was MAGA I'd look for a way to deflect that as you've done. Fortunately, I live in the real world. ;)

Half of all Americans don't like trump, are they all sick too?

The main reason I can stand the guy isn't ass pimples, it's because he's like the world's dumbest mob boss, or a used car salesman on steroids, the only reason he ran for President was he saw it as the best way to stay out of prison and grift millions of people at the same time! Even now, he is trying to tear down anything or anyone who would try to stop him, or hold him accountable for his countless crimes both past and present, or crimes he's yet to commit!!

And I have to admit it's working very well on both fronts... :rolleyes: (n)

And the worst part is he's shitting on the Consitution every day as the maga TDS crowd pray to him and call him a ptriot!

Most people see him for what he really is, A slick-talking, two-bit criminal in an ill-fitting fancy suit!!

He's destroyed the Republican party and replaced it with m.a.g.a. which is just an acronym for something he couldn't care less about!

He's that rare form of sociopath that can look you right in the eye and say with conviction a pile of dog poop is a steak dinner, and half of all American eat it up and pray for more...

Judges Boasberg and Xinis are definitely holding Trump's feet to the fire. I hope Trump lawyers will get criminal contempt.
 
Oh I hope so too, then Trump can pardon them and the DOJ can arrest Boasturd for his injunction blocking deportations because it infringed upon the president’s constitutional prerogatives and therefore is an abuse of power and an act of conspiracy.

The Constitution grants the President broad and expansive powers over the conduct of foreign policy and to ensure national security against foreign threats, Boasturds injunction attempts to undermine Trumps Constitutional authority and aid criminal foreign invader terrorist during a declared national emergency.

Boasturd conspired against American security when he knowingly interfered with the President’s execution of foreign policy by ordering the return of members of a designated foreign terrorist organization to the United States during a declared national emergency.

By issuing this order Boasturd knowingly extended beyond the bounds of power of his office and unjustly interfered in the execution of foreign policy and national security by aiding foreign invader terrorist during a declared national emergency, clearly an act of terrorism, Boasturd should be arrested and held without bail.

Yeah, good luck with that. Trump believes his EOs carry the same punishments as being convicted of actual crimes. Well, they don't. Most are unconstitutional and some have already been ruled as such by SCOTUS.

Boasturd is only a district judge, IF he were to charge US attorneys with contempt as paul suggested, then yes I think he should be shown where his authority ends.

Remember Trump has declared a State of Emergency, Trump has broad Constitutional powers in this scope.

Blue State Governors are violating the SCOTUS Bruen ruling.

The courts are, and will always be, a to coequal branch of government. They have the last word on whether Trump is violating the law or not. So far, Trump has been losing even more than his first term. Don't expect that to change. Even the SCOTUS has ruled more against him than for him.
 
District courts don't override immigration law or the Executive Branch's Constitutional authority unless the SCOTUS says so and you don't even know what the SCOTUS rulings say, you think " facilitate " means something is does NOT.

Yeah, Stephen Miller isn't the authority on the courts. You continuing to show that is silly. He is FAR from the authority you think he is. He is, and always has been, a right wing but who pushes Trump's illegal agenda.

" Facilitate" as: "To make something easier," to "help bring something about" or "to help something, such as a discussion, run more smoothly and effectively.

So the ruling said "facilitate his return" so by definition the ruling says, "help him return smoothly and effectively", or to put it another way, BRING HIM BACK NOW!

And that slimeball Stephen Miller is just trying (and failing) to bastardize what the law says...

It doesn't just show you the correct way to spell a word, BUT it also tells you what the word means and how to use it correctly! you should give it a try...
