Last Wednesday at Trump's cabinet meeting his appointment to lead the FAA said he was worried about the systems and that people would die if the system wasn't upgraded. Turns out that the problems at Newark were much worse than anyone thought. For a full minute and a half the system failed and no one could see the flights or communicate with them. When will we get a working government again?

When you hire based on race/gender rather than hiring the most qualified person regardless of race/gender that is the definition of race/gender discrimination, DEI is RACISM !
If we are going to be fair/equal then let everyone hire based on qualifications, let people compete without race/gender being involved.

After all, WHY would we (white guys) want a wide range of differences among individuals to get a fair shot??? with differences like race, ethnicity, gender, ability, sexual orientation, and other aspects of identity, that would just make everything much harder for us!

Instead of making sure that DEI programs that might be using quotas or focusing on demographic balancing, are made to stop doing that, even though they are not supposed to do that anyway, it would be much better for us to just get rid of ANYTHING that might be DEI!!!

God Bless trump for making it possible to gaslight a nation to achieve our goals of Making America Great Again! you know, like back in the 50's when "they" weren't given a fair shot and everything was much easier for "us"...
