Many people are denied freedom prior to their cases going to court. Getting denied a killing weapon is far from that. They still get due process...something Trump wants to deny people he deports. That is illegal as the SCOTUS has made clear.
 
The right to keep and bear arms and the right to due process are both Constitutional rights, American citizen Constitutional rights.
For you to attempt to diminish the 2nd amendment and the 14th amendment rights of gun owners simply because you don't like guns shows how little you really care about equality and justice, you simply want what you want and like so many democrats you are willing to say anything while talking out both sides of your mouth to get what you want and too hell with everyone else.

Illegal immigrants are right now being deported at an incredible rate and new illegal immigrants have been all but stopped from coming in, so because of apportionment and the fact that the census counts illegal immigrants as residents, blue States like California will lose House seats and EC votes which is all the politicians really care about.

Undocumented immigrants are being deported at lower rates than when Biden was president. Due process should be available to ALL the people here. That is what the Bill of Rights says. Even this right-wing SCOTUS has also said.

Since when do gun owners have a right to a court date before they are losing a weapon. People don't even have the right to their freedom before a court date. You are just making shit up now.

In any State without a redflag law a citizen must be given their 14th amendment due process standing before a judge before any property ( Money, Guns, Jewelry, Underwear, Furniture, ect... ) is taken from their home, Unless there is a warrant issued by a judge based on solid probable cause, not the feelings of a jaded ex lover, piss-ant neighbor or liberal shit-stain, now a citizen who's out in public..... that's different.... so an illegal invader/immigrant who's out in public, with a standing deportation order, is getting deported.

Now in States with redflag laws only guns can be stolen at gunpoint by government from a citizens home without that citizen having their day in front of a judge 1st, all that's needed is an order signed by a political activist judge based on someones fucking feelings, this is unconstitutional and it's also Trumps fault, but Trump has taken action to correct unconstitutional gun law via. an executive order which is already bearing fruit.

I have a old lever action 30-30 I keep around my bed, I sleep a lot better at night knowing it's there, and I know it's not far away during waking hours should I need it, It's a F'ed up world and you never know, I'm glad it's always there and fully loaded! ;)(y)
 
ICE went into a citizens home in Oklahoma City last Thursday breaking into the home late at night, making the woman and her young girls go outside in the rain while they took their phones, electronics and all their cash. The woman said they wore FBI, U.S. Marshalls and ICE uniforms, but the Marshalls said they weren't there, and after the FBI saying they played a supporting role, are now saying that they weren't there. To date, this woman has not been able to find out who to contact to get their stuff back. When she asked when the ICE agents were there they were told it could take months. These are U.S. citizens!

It's also very possible that these were criminals dressed as agents.... or there could be more to the story that you are leaving out, post a source.

Ok I found the story..... looks like criminals impersonating alphabet agency agents.
None of the alphabet agencies admit to even being there, so either several government alphabet agencies are all lying, or these were criminals posing as agents.

But the FBI DID ADMIT they were there! When contacted the FBI said they were "only assisting" ICE and HLS!
So no "criminals impersonating alphabet agency agents", they were the real deal, follow your own link and watch the video there.

They tore that woman's house apart, took all their cell phones, laptops, money, and more! she asked them when she could get everything back and they told her "it could take weeks or even months"!!! They left her with no money for food or gas, how is she suppose to get around without even gas money?!? THEY KNEW THIS WOMAN WASN'T WHO THEY WERE LOOKING FOR AND THEY DIDN'T CARE! They still left her with nothing...

That is so F'ed up!!!

Long ago, I use to believe if you've done nothing wrong you have nothing to fear from the police, But as I got older I learned the hard way that YOU DO! You DEFININTLY DO!!

Are they all bad? definitely not! Some are very good, kind hearted people who really care and will put their life on the line to help you...

This is what you get when you elect a felon as president. Expect more of the same. Speaking of polls, Fox News also did a poll on Trump and he was under water on everything there except on the border...and only ahead by one percent there. Immigration he was under water. The economy as well. You can't say that Fox is a liberal news organization.
