The Trump admin. is demanding our Constitutional rights be fully respected as they should be, it's been a long time coming.
 





No that was what the Biden auto pen admin. did, but how do you figure Trump is doing that ?
 
I posted a video with a comprehensive breakdown of all the ways trump has attacked the constitution and our rights specifically. conveniently, it starts with the 1st amendment. It actually neglects to mention the case of Mahmoud Khalil, a legal permanent resident arrested for using his free speech to protest Isreal's genocide, supported by both Trump and Biden. He is only one example. Fascists support it because he has a Muslim name presumably, which they hate. They did after all support Trumps previous attack on the 1st amendment when he tried to ban Muslims from entering the country. Theyre such good little cultist bootlickers though, that they have no problem with trump praising other muslim leaders like the crown prince, and having deals with the government of Oman, getting paid by the saudis to host liv golf events, or getting a 400 million dollar plane from quatar, whom trump previosly said supported terror and had criticised hillary for taking money from. Guess its egregious when a dem does it, but perfect when Trump does it. The trump cultists have no standards of accountability for him, he bragged about that too. Theres no law rule or norm they wont bend or make exception for in the pursuit of keeping trumps fallace firmly lodged in their esophagus. I have already laid out numerous ways that trump has attacked the 1st amendment previously, but fascists here support it or lie about the nature of it or deflect etc. Fascists do not value truth and have no honor, they aren't worth arguing with. We're playing baseball, theyre playing calvinball. They make it up as they go. Trump said that he was being sarcastic when he said he'd end the Ukraine war in a day dozens of times. Some of his cultists say him running for a 3rd term is a joke intended to trigger the libs, but just watch when it becomes reality and they smoothly transition to full (and deep) throated support for it.

Trump said when asked that he doesn't know if he's supposed to uphold the constitution. I think that in and of itself should constitute a violation of his oath. His brain is cooked, time to invoke the 25th. He should be in prison or under one, no one should be above the law.

That was to do with due process and Trump said he would go by what the SCOTUS says in relation to due process for non citizens.
It's my opinion that non-citizens don't have US Constitutional rights..... because non-citizens can't buy guns, can't vote.........
You liberals hang a lot of the word " persons " yet the persons in question don't otherwise have Constitutional rights.

The Biden auto pen admin. shouldn't have let illegals flood in as we have an estimated 20 million illegals living in country, that's too many.

Your opinion is just that. Fortunately, the Constitution says otherwise. And, Trump's assault on it won't stand. It looks like he is trying everyday to try to become the autocrat he's always wanted to be...but, the courts are there to rein him in. His only true course in the appellate one. Otherwise, he must obey all courts.
 
Sadly Paul the Supreme Court is the one that made him a dictator. Don't count on them too much, he is already ignoring their rulings. We are already effectively in a fascist dictatorship. Accept this so we can fight back, no one is going to save us from this tyranny. His supporters are a death cult and don't care if we die, and all that is decent with is. We're at the point where theyre justifying deporting US citizens to a foreign gulag, and claiming the constitution doesn't apply to non citizens and happy to see due process done away with (unaware that that means they could be deported with no due process, since they'd have bo day in court to prove their citizenship)

They should be met with nothing but scorn, mockery, and hostility. It may come to violence ultimately. Trump already has his own personal gestapo in ICE and DHS, not to mention his violent brown shirts that he pardoned from Jan 6th. Willing to commit violence for him.

Ideals are peaceful, history is violent, that said I hope things don't come down to violence, because Trump is just another President who will not serve a 3rd term or destroy democracy, but radicals fostering hostility in such a divided time could create a costly situation.

What we need to do is call our reps and tell them to pass the budget as we engage in discussion and the sharing of ideas and it's woke liberals who don't want to have a discussion, don't want their narrative disrupted with logic.

Hostility is not the answer, hostility would only make an authoritarian government stronger by giving it a problem to solve via. force.

Maybe stop the hype and find common ground.

That budget is filled with cuts to real peope and tax give aways to the wealthy. Trump is giving himself another cash benefit.
 
Well they need to cut out the tax giveaways to the wealthy and people who are able to work need to work, find a fair balance.

Every tax dollar needs to be treated with respect, sadly politicians squander so much.
 
Republicans are trying to sneak into their budget bill an eviseration of the Federal Court's ability to hold persons in contempt. That, if effectively was possible, would make the courts toothless. My hope is that even this right wing SCOTUS won't abide by that.
