The DC Court of Appeals ruled today that Trump's tariffs can continue. But, before you think this is a win, the DOJ had to submit a written statement saying Trump would refund all tariffs collected in the event that he loses. You just can't make this stuff up. :LOL:

DC court is a joke, they don't have the authority to make foreign policy.

Trump lies all the time. It's refreshing to know his officials do as well. Again, the courts are a coequal branch of government. It is their job to reign in an illegal president.
 
DC appeals court can't make foreign policy, they might as well say Trump has to sprout wings and fly, because that's not going to happen either.
 
If you somehow think Trump will come out on top with this, you will likely be disappointed. Court after court have ruled against Trump. Even Trump appointed judges have. Even the SCOTUS has. Everyone believes Trump is trying to gain power his office just doesn't have.

That said district court judges as well as appeals court judges don't have the authority to make foreign policy, the political activist district court judges are attempting to gain power, look for Trump to take novel action.
 
Karoline Leavitt said today that the DHHS paper released recently had format issues. I seriously doubt she knows what a format issues is. That would be changes in front of other types of actual formatting. This entire administration is incompetent. :ROFLMAO:
 
No, the Biden admin. was grossly incompetent and horrifically corrupt, Trump is a breath of fresh air and Thank God for it.
 
Biden was mentally incompetent, his administration was hijacked and abused, look for the Biden autopen investigation to expose those who were illegally exploiting the office of the executive branch.

I didn't think you had any good evidence. Trump is incompetent and corrupt. Rubio lied about people dying because of USAID cuts. This administration is the worst.
