The videos of an ICE facility in Broadview, IL has been destroyed between 10/19 and 10/31. The court is going to love that, as they were ordered to produce them.

You quoted the wrong post. Even if the door isn't locked you still need a warrant to enter. What makes you think the door must be locked in order to require a warrant?
 
There are exceptions to the 4th Amendment protections and there are circumstances where authorities may enter without a warrant. All depends on the details.

Yes, but entering a house warrantless is not among them, unless you are chasing a suspect who goes into a house. Even if your doors are wide ass open, you still need a warrant to enter. Otherwise, police could look for any unlocked door and enter through that.

If you have an illegal immigrant trapped in your home and police hear them cry for help, police can enter to answer that cry for help.

That is a very specific example. Chances are, that would never happen. Are you talking about people who own the home trapping an undocumented migrant? That makes no sense!

In what way? If the homeowners had an undocumented immigrant trapped in their house, they would just allow the police in to arrest them. Or they could just deliver them to the door. What you propose makes no sense.
