Nope!
Yelling in someone's face from inches away is not protected activity as freedom of speech, the words spoken are covered under freedom of speech, but the act of shouting in someone's face inches away is confrontational and is an act of aggression, also if it causes the person to fear for their safety then it is assault warranting defensive action.

Biden democrats fostered illegal immigration because illegals are counted for apportionment and illegals do vote in local elections and illegally in federal elections.
The majority of voters support deporting all illegal immigrants, it's also the law, so deal with it because it's happening...... Don't like it? Blame the Biden admin. for fostering illegal immigration.
Illegal voting is complete bull shit, and Biden deported more illegals than trump has, and he did it without the jack-booted thug raids, occupying cities against their will, or no due process!

AND OBAMA DEPORTED FAR MORE THAN BOTH OF THEM!!! Save your "fostered illegal immigration" bull shit for the more gullible morons like the maga crowd...

It's all just an excuse to go after those brown people you racists hate so much, and to do it out in the open as you yell "no one is above the law" while breaking all kinds of them...

I know you're a Trump hating racist and a pedophile, but we have laws and illegals are not above the law just because they have brown skin, you're a racist to suggest otherwise.
Illegals will continue to be deported, they will not be counted for apportionment and they will not vote, because they will be gone!

Shouting in someone's face from inches away is assault if that person is in fear for their safety, you may not like it, but that is the law.

p.s. You're also wrong about illegals not voting, many do and that's also illegal.

Most Americans disagree with Trump's cruelty toward undocumented immigrants. They especially disagree with no due process. You may not like the census counting these people, but it has always been that way. Some people are registered to vote because registration in some states is automatic. That doesn't mean that they vote though.

Democrats are to blame for the human suffering of illegals, because democrats fostered illegal immigration.

They won't be counted next time and they won't be voting illegally, because they will be gone!

Trump Administration Ramps Up Deportation Operations As New ICE Agents Deploy Nationwide

McLaughlin said DHS received 175,000 job applications for ICE positions as part of the administration’s effort to “get more brave men and women on the ground to do this great work.”

As previously reported by The Dallas Express, the One Big, Beautiful Bill (OBBB) Act provided a $150 billion funding package for DHS. Nearly $30 billion of that is dedicated to hiring and training ICE agents, including signing bonuses and recruitment incentives.

“What Secretary Noem and President Trump have been able to do is really nothing short of extraordinary,” McLaughlin said. “Our law enforcement has faced demonization — the injunctions from these activist judges, these sanctuary city politicians trying to prevent us time and time again. We’re not giving an inch, and we will deliver on the mandate for the American people.”

According to DHS, the Trump administration has deported more than 527,000 unlawful migrants since taking office. The total number of individuals leaving the country, including voluntary self-deportations, is considerably higher.

“More than 2 million unlawful migrants have left the U.S., including 1.6 million who have voluntarily self-deported and over 527,000 deportations,” McLaughlin said. “Migrants are now turning back before they even reach our borders. Migration through Panama’s Darién Gap is down 99.99%.”

The agency said the decline reflects tougher enforcement policies and international cooperation with border nations.

ICE is getting a lot of recruits. Unfortunately, a third of them can't pass the physical or civics tests. I find that hilarious! I don't trust this administration's figures. No one should.

Ohio identifies over 1,000 noncitizens registered to vote, cases sent to DOJ for prosecution.

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose said his office has identified more than 1,000 noncitizens who were registered to vote and has sent the cases to the U.S. Department of Justice for prosecution.

In a letter, LaRose outlined evidentiary materials for 1,084 noncitizens who have registered to vote in Ohio, which includes 167 noncitizens who appear to have also voted in a federal election. LaRose said the unlawful voting occurred in the most recent four federal election cycles — 2018, 2020, 2022 and 2024.

LaRose also said he is referring for consideration of evidence for the following:
  • 99 individuals who appear to have voted in two states in the same federal election
  • 16 individuals who appear to have voted twice in Ohio in the same federal election
  • 14 individuals who appear to have voted in a federal election after the date of their death
  • Four individuals who appear to have engaged in ballot harvesting
  • Two individuals who appear to have registered at a residence where they were not entitled to register
“I have made numerous criminal referrals throughout my administration, with much of the evidence related to unlawful registration and voting activity," LaRose wrote in a letter to the Department’s Criminal Division. "These cases have encountered varying degrees of adjudication from Ohio’s 88 county prosecutors. We now have an executive administration at the White House and the Department of Justice that has expressed an interest in actively reviewing and potentially prosecuting evidence of federal election crimes. Therefore, I formally refer for your consideration the materials we have gathered and submitted to local and state prosecutors, and I have included with this letter documentation and evidentiary materials regarding each of the alleged offenses.”

Ohio will once again hold an election on Nov. 4, and this week is the last chance Ohioans will get to vote early in that election.

Comer calls for Biden pardons to be 'null and void' after scathing report on autopen use.

"Every person who we deposed had a different story on what the proper process was that they followed in using the autopen to sign a legal document," Comer said on "The Ingraham Angle."

"Their stories were inconsistent and then, when you throw in the emails from the Garland Department of Justice expressing concern to these very staffers about the excessive use of the autopen and asking point-blank questions, what was their process, then the entire story is changed. So the inconsistencies abound," he added.

Comer’s comments came after the House Oversight Committee’s Republican majority released a 100-page report detailing findings from its months-long probe into Biden’s White House, focusing on whether his inner circle covered up signs of mental decline in the former president and whether that alleged cover-up extended to executive actions signed via autopen without Biden’s full awareness.

Comer unleashes on Biden, demands DOJ probe of autopen use in scathing new report.

Comer said Biden's autopen actions should be considered 'void,' and that his doctor should potentially lose his license.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., is demanding the Department of Justice (DOJ) conduct a "comprehensive" investigation into former President Joe Biden’s autopen use.

The committee’s GOP majority released a 100-page report on Tuesday morning detailing findings from its monthslong probe into Biden’s White House, specifically whether his inner circle covered up signs of mental decline in the ex-president, and if that alleged cover-up extended to executive actions signed via autopen without Biden’s full awareness.

"Faced with the cognitive decline of President Joe Biden, White House aides — at the direction of the inner circle — hid the truth about the former president’s condition and fitness for office," the report said.

Registering to vote is not the same as voting. To have committed a crime an undocumented immigrant must vote. The referrals he cites are not for undocumented.

This is nothing more than a distraction. This will go nowhere. Biden only has to approve of the pardons.
