Democrats know illegals are counted for apportionment and some illegals do vote, that is unfair to American citizens, plus illegals are given benefits they have not paid for, but most of all illegal immigrants are ILLEGAL and nobody is above the law.

All people have ALWAYS been counted. Undocumented immigrants may vote only in local elections where it is allowed. And, they aren't entitled to any Federal benefits.
