Creating a culture where everyone feels welcome, supported, and able to participate fully, actively engaging with diversity and fostering a sense of belonging. HARD PASS ON THAT!

Instead of making sure that DEI programs that might be using quotas or focusing on demographic balancing, are made to stop doing that, even though they are not supposed to do that anyway, it would be much better for us to just get rid of ANYTHING that might be DEI!!!

God Bless trump for making it possible to gaslight a nation to achieve our goals of Making America Great Again! you know, like back in the 50's when "they" weren't given a fair shot and everything was much easier for "us"...

If DEI policy did only the positive things you speak of that would be good, but it's not the case.
DEI descriminates and if passes judgement on people based on race, it punishes people based on race, it's not simply a balancing policy, it's a punishing policy based on race/gender.

The problem with that is White people have never been discriminated against. I know you guys want to say otherwise, but that's the truth.
 
That's not true, when a white male such as myself has to deal with DEI policy at work it prejudges me and discriminates against me.
DEI is racism.

How so? How have you ever lost out to a minority? I guess it's true that saying you are discriminated against makes you seem less racist in your own mind.
 
LOL no I'm not a racist, but DEI is racism and I will not be made to accept it simply because you call me a racist, this is how the Marxist identity politics work, you compel people to virtue signal.

I do NOT owe any debt's to anyone, I am not responsible for slavery or unfair anything and I dam sure don't have any fucking privileged, I worked for everything I have which isn't all that much, nothing was given to me for being white.

Yeah, no minorities were ever disadvantaged by your ability to work. None were ever arrested with no probable cause. Reminds me of the years I spent in Mississippi.
 
That's correct, nobody has been disadvantaged on account of me working.

Many people have been screwed over by bad cops, not just black people.
 
I'm not going into details, that said cops should be held to a higher standard and all politicians need to respect our Constitutional rights, everyone should be treated fairly and equally, but DEI which is RACISM is not the answer, DEI perpetuates RACISM !

DEI is just your narrative that there is racism. That doesn't mean there actually is any. I doubt you've ever been arrested without cause.
 
DEI is RACISM because it discriminates based on race, it's really not that hard to understand unless you just don't want too which you don't.
 
There has to be some sort of impact to make it racist. You have never been impacted in any way. This is just the new Republican culture war.

A Federal judge today told North Carolina to install the SC justice there that won last year's election by a slim margin. Trump has been trying to throw out ballots where he loses.
