PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I recently purchased the 500mW focal laser, and I NEED ADVICE! I'm in deep shit as I'm stuck with this crappy laser for $300! My paypal account has been closed so I can't do the whole claim thing and they refuse to help... Please give me a way out of this :O

TBH asking for advice before buying would have been the best option, 2 questions:-
Why is your paypoo account closed?
Did you pay the patpoo account with a credit card?

My paypal account is closed, or rather "limited until further notice" because paypal wants to make my life miserable... I have no idea why... I paid using paypal balance, so I can't chargeback...
