So, I just bought a new laser form Lazerpoint.com, (A 532nm (Green) 500mw laser), and it worked for about 1 min. and cut off, now all there is is a red rendering light in the aperture (NO, I did not look directly into it), and I don't think it's the battery, because it just cut off. Please help, I will try to post some pics in a sec.

The worst part, for you, is that you would have gotten a response if you had just been patient. Lots of people on this forum know exactly what's going on with your laser. But because of your obnoxious approach to asking the question, you're not going to find anyone willing to help you.

If you are dumb enough to buy from that website, which has been getting bad reviews for years, then you deserve to get scammed. Sorry.
It would have been real easy to google "lazerpoint.com review" and seen all the bad review. BUT NO! you just bought a crap laser.

Either the gain medium or k tp crystal is broken. Your laser is not only toast but now much more dangerous regardless of the problem. Edited original post to avoid neg rep..
