Lazerer is a good company from what I have heard. I bought a 50mw focusable from them and it was high quality (at least compared to cheap pens). They also can send you a power certificate if you pay a little extra.

I will be sure not to hit planes! I respect aviators. =)
I have checked Swim's overspecs, and i feel a bit iffy about it for some reason.
I will have to check out lazerer a bit more too! A power certificate sounds good.
