Planning on buying my first ~$100 laser - looking for guidance

As you can see, my list below all fall in my $100 budget. I've seen the most reviews of the 400mW blue and saw people with LPM's measure it at ~380mW so I am quite ready to purchase it.

What I want in a laser:
- visible beam in daylight, but if not, night is fine
- able to light matches
- pop balloons from a far
- burn paper
- quality manufacturer

Now, for my needs, 150mW green seems to fit, but for about $10 more, I get a 400mW blue.

I have received some recommendations from the user Prototype, who directed me to O-Like after I said that I would like something similar to the E3 series on Wicked Laser (who I have since found out are not a great seller).

Thanks again and I welcome multiple users to post and even give me alternative websites that they or others can vouch for.

If you want to see the beam, you should get 532nm (green). You will have a hard time seeing even a 400mW 405nm beam as bluray is at the edge of the UV part of the spectrum that we can see.

If you want a good burning laser, you probably want to get something with adjustable focus and a large heat-sink.
