Places or people with blu ray diodes?

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone either knowns a place or has a extra burning blu ray diode laying around ( around a 200Mw ). i've been searching and i haven't been able to find one.

there are some on ebay, just type 405nm, or you can search for 445nm they are insane.
