PLEASE post pictures of the PD2 when it arrives. I am on the fence about a PD2 or SD so your photos will help me pick :D

 over the awesome pictures as always

I was hoping to have the PD2 by Xmas but still haven't gotten a tracking # yet
Hopefully will have it to photograph next weekend. I am happy I upgraded from the 3D
The Casa projector you see in the photos is a real nice unit that I am controlling viaDMX

So I want to get some diffraction gratings off ebay. Would plastic ones be okay for my 1.4 Watt 445 or should I invest in a glass one?

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. You should see what this actually looks like in person. It is awesome!

Blarg, you just missed out on NO4H99's GB for glass Dragon lasers diffraction gratings, which for the money 11.99 a pc, are the best ones out there.

12$ for a glass one sounds good. Should be getting some money on my paypal today, I think I'll order myself one.

^^^^^No he didn't. The order hasnt been placed yet so contact the member listed above to get in on this ASAP

Never mind the DL diffraction gratings. They want 18$ to ship a tiny piece of glass to me.
What a load of BS. I bet they pocket at least 10$ of that "shipping cost".

Again, the GB ISNT CLOSED YET. You can get in for one piece and its under $20 shipped

So try to contact NO4H99 and see if you can in his GB. The shipping for that is 1.40 per grating + 5.60 USPS Priority. Or order multiple gratings from DL and cut your shipping costs. Before this GB all of the gratings I got from DL were ordered with lasers so it didn't cost me anything extra. You are right, if you order one piece of glass and pay 18 dollars shipping that is crazy, but there are creative ways to minimize the shipping expenses.
