Does anyone know anything about this diode?
I'm looking for a cheap 405nm diode above 100mW and stumbled upon this but can't find any info or reviews on it

have you tried using the search bar at the bottom of the page? First thing that came up is a PIV graph.

I'm in the same situation as you. I've had my eye on the PHR-805T and I think I'm going to do a build with it. It seems like a very popular diode choice. Could you tell me if you decided to buy it? If so, are you satisfied with it? If not, did you find a better 405nm diode in the same price range as it?
Thanks, I'm new around here.:)

For its price, the PHR is probably the best 405nm diode. If you want something with more power checkout Flaminpyro's GGW
OR
DTR offers some 405nm diodes but they are a bit more expensive but the output power is higher.
