Photoshop help !

Ok. I'm trying to photoshop my pic so it makes it look like i am holding a picture frame in between my hands.
I don't have that much knowledge so i don't really know how.
Heres the 2 pics

hang on I just got it slightly better...that is weird it is picking up the unmodified copy..
