i went to pet smart and there was a key chain laser that said it was the most powerful red laser(of course a lie)but it also said it was 645nm.I'm guessing thats a lie?I couldn't see the waring label on the laser but it said that on the box.

I just love how they all advertise it "ULTRA BRIGHT" :P I have no idea what with the 645nm.I'm guessing they're idiots, after all they're calling a 5mW is ULTRA BRIGHT....yeah....if you look into it maybe....

645nm +- 15nm lol
Lol that would be a range between 630 and 660.Yea, 630nm my b@llz ::) Maybe if you dunk it in liquid nitrogen.

my cheap red pointers actually say Wavelength: 630-680nm lol
Yeah well who knows.....since the dilda laser's wavelength has been measured to be about 660nm and 635nm diodes are being sold at higher prices.Who knows how come some of their laser diodes produce 630nm light. ::) Maybe they included the posibility of being driven from a jar of liquid nitrogen. :P

I have been to petsmart before (to gets some cat food for my cats) and everytime I laugh at it ! Its just pathetic for a laser! :P ;D

The worst part is when I saw a "ultrabright 660nm wavelenght" laser pen on the market for... 28 $ !!! They've got to be kiddin' me. And that was just last year.
