Cool, can you tell us a little more bout that driver? Other than boost, and that it has an inductor and a diode, is it trim pot adjustable? What are some of it’s parameters? Are they for sale? Seeing your business cards displayed next to your builds, you must have the intent to sell. Please do share.
SGD:beer:

Topology: Boost (When operating, Vin must be below Vout/diode Vf)
Vin: 2 - 24V
Vout: 3 - 26V
Iout: 70 - 1500mA (depends on Vout)
Size: 0.50 x 0.38 inches (12.7 x 9.7 mm)
Features:
Soft start (internal)
Thermal shutdown
Current regulated
Adjustable current

Continuous ground/negative

So, is it a case positive diode or not? It doesn't look like it would be easily isolated from the boost driver the way you show it here. If it is not case positive, did you get it from DTR? I don't know of any other sources of case neutral 505nm diodes. What iteration number is around the diode's window? I can tell you where the wavelength will fall from that.

It is 505nm diodes model SB147ER91

That is an odd iteration number. All of the ones I've seen end with 91 not 9. Are you sure you didn't miss a number? The one that is closest to that is the SB147EC91 which are supplied by DTR and measure closer to 510nm than 505nm. His are case neutral so you don't need to isolate the diode to use a boost driver with it.

That's good to know. Where did you get the diode from? I'm very curious as I have only seen the case positive ones everywhere except for DTR.
