I got my refund yesterday-- bought a 1W 445nm Challenger from Sanwu. It's a bit more expensive than the 501B I had ordered from scifi, but it's much better quality.

That's weird. It should say somewhere that the buyer has ten days to respond before the claim defaults to you.
Could you post a screenshot of your claim? With sensitive info blacked out, of course.

Sure, here it is. I sent paypal a customer service email so we should get things ironed out soon. Maybe a delay because one particular seller had so many claims at once??:scowl:
