So I recently made an agreement with a member (Ehgemus) to make a custom host for me. He asked me for 80.00 which I have and was pending due to EBAY buyer protection. I tried to add an credit card and it starts saying something about my identity "You must confirm your identity before you add money to your account" The worst message was "Sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."Followed by the picture I shot.
I searched on YouTube with NO answers to my question so I decide to post a thread here....
