I guess this is a group buy but they are shipping individually when ordered so no need to wait for distribution :D

Already bought 2 pairs and they have been shipped (SELECT REGISTERED MAIL TO GET THE BATTERIES) You get free registered mail on orders over $25 ;)

From Banggood:
we can use normal register airmail, it can send battery, a little expensive, but we guaranteed to delivery to the world.

A pair of Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mAh for $13.95 (use code bgf113)

A pair of protected button top Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mAh for $14.90 (use code bgf120)

***One note, bang good already said there is a slight delay in shipping since the large number of orders. They actually ran out of batteries and ordered a large number to restock. Should be in stock Monday so order now and you'll have a batter shot before they run out again and have to wait a week to restock***

I'd be interested in the protected button tops, if still available. Please let me know. Thanks

I am not running this; this a GB run by the company itself. Links are in the post and so are the codes. If they work for you then its still running. Its been over a week since I ordered mine and they say shipped but still waiting for them to land state bound. They are heading to Germany or Switzerland first (thats how BG found a way around the china battery fiasco)

NP. There is a site that someone on BLF suggested for tracking, actually part of DHL. Ill post it when I get home, its open on my laptop

Received mine today.

One batt has a very small spot on the + pole that looks like a rusty spot. It doesn't go away with isopropyl alcohol. The same batt also has a small "dent", probably from being sent without the little plastic boxes that Fasttech uses.

Do you guys think it's safe to use or should I complain to BG?

Unprotected. I'd get pics but my smartphone got stolen and that's the only camera I had :/

The dent is about 5mm long by 1mm deep. Not that bad but Li-ions are supposed to be fragile...

My 4 came in perfect at 3.87v each (+/-0.1)

They are in my K40vn right now and its a snug fit so not popping them out til they need a charge :)
