Package stucks at US Customs

Guys I have a package from China by EMS held by the US Customs since the Nov 30th, anyone knows what to do? :-/

What's in the package? If it's lasers then you might be screwed.

Sometimes it just takes a long time to get through. If they are unsure what the sleds are, they have to get an "expert" to make a determination. Also, they may be deciding if you are a "commercial" importer and should be paying a duty or if the items are "controlled" in some way.

50 Sleds.

The same supplier sent me 100 of the same sleds before. In fact, I never saw my packages from China went through customs before. :-/

Is there a number I can call? "USSFOA" is in San Francisco.

they are not stuck there.

this happens to me quite a bit when buying from laser wave.

sometimes it goes right through sometimes its takes 5 days and sometimes even longer than a 2-3 weeks.

I couldn't find any phone numbers to call either. :-/

i wonder if not calling would be better... they might think to really check it if you call
also, customs might be backed up cause of the holiday
