OMFG PAYPAL just charged me 20X what they should!!

On the 30th of September I bought USD 15 worth of stuff from DX. Just got my invoice from my bank (having spent the whole month trying to figure out my my card had no money on it) and paypal have charged me GBP 114.75!! Thats nearly $230!!!! Thats 20X what they shoudl have!!!

I dont have this kind of money lying around and that has put me very much in the red!

I just did under unauthorised transaction. This is outrageous I dont have that kind of money just lying around!

DX invoice says $15, paypal says items value $15 then it says on both bank invoice and paypal that they took $1114 to fund that $15!!!!!!

how do i do that? and yes they charged me £114 which is around $230 for something that cost $15!
