I have this olight open pro with a green laser and flashlight built in. Well I expected the green laser to be a dpss 532nm but is not. I believe its a .39mw(power rating on user manual) single mode 520nm diode. It's not even half a mw. It does not even register on my lpm. However it's still much brighter then a 5mw red laser. The beam is even visible in the dark after your eyes adjust to the darkness. But it would be cool to get at least 5mw out of it. I'm not asking for a big boost just a tiny one. If anyone thinks they could do this please let me know. its probobly not possible but i figured id ask.

sorry for necroposting, but Ive never heard of a 0.39mw 520nm diode, are you sure it isn’t dpss?

Definitely not dpss. You can see the classic single mode direct diode dot signature also it's not 532nn in color. It's clearly 520nm. Definitely more forest green. It also has ridiculously good beam specs that no dpss 532nm can achieve.
