Any reviews from any of these products? Like are they any good?

Also, I ordered the laser yesterday, and the glasses today. Will the site owner combine shipping, in 1 box and ship it to me? How long does customer support take to answer questions? I sent in a question yesterday morning, and have yet to recieve a reply from them.
