O-Like will ship to the us right? i am wanting to buy a 30mW green module from them... and also if they do what are the odd os it being taken by customs if i use hong kong post?

Modules are legal worldwide.

Modules aren't a problem... and when you buy a Laser from O-Like they can
ship the batteries and charger in a separate package...
