O-like not responding?

Hello everyone,
I orderd a 50mw cute laser and a pair or 650nm laser goggles. This is my third order, and I got the first two quick. I thought everything would move smoothly again... But nope!

I made the order on the 27th dec. On the 28 I got an email saying my package was shipped! I got the tracking number and typed it in!
It said information recived from Shenzhen to registerd mail section.

My first two orders went super fast and I could track it all the way here! I've written o-like and have gotten no reply! I thought o-like had good service but now I'm not so shure!?!?

Has anyone gotten an email from them recently? Or are they just avoiding me?

I ordered something from them yesterday, but my order still says processing. I did email them last week and it took a day or 2 for them to respond.

They are celebrating New Years still over in China so they may not reply to emails in a timely manner. :bday:
I ordered a 400mW 405nm on Dec 20th, and my tracking info still says that the origin post was notified on Dec. 29th that a package was ready for shipping, but it hasn't shipped yet. I'm gong to wait another week or so before I bother Susie about it.

side note: I have placed about a dozen orders with o-like over the past year or so, and all of them arrived at my house fine, but sometimes it took over 3 weeks, usually only about 2 weeks from the day that I ordered.

You will get your laser, but it may take a bit longer due to the holiday over there right now.

You are right. I have a friend that is living over in China, and they do take long holidays.

susie usually reply immediately... on your item and stuff...

but cant blame o-like as your item was shipped... I choose DHL services which is more reliable with a little more money

Still no response from o-like. It's Ben 10 days and still no responce! It hasent Ben shipped. It only says information. Also the USPS has no record of the tracking number!

There is no excuse for not responding to me at all! I'm starting to get realy upset! I don't expect it to be here, but I DO expect to get a responce from them!

do not email o-like they respond in 2 days usually or more (last I know they respond to me in 5 days)

I had a similar experience with o-like. True, they are slow to respond but they do eventually. The whole Christmas and new year holiday has slowed things down. Businesses here in Aus generally go back to work on the 10th Jan. Might be a similar thing in China.
My order was delayed too, but only because Paypal failed to let o-like know that I had paid for the items I ordered. You might want to email them your Paypal transaction number.
In the end, I got my items and they are great.
