Nice review, I'm getting this one.. well the 300mW one they sell now. just makes me want mine more than ever, that night vid from the balcony is amazing the distance you get with it!
Also getting the 1w 445 focusable, will be sure to do a review of that beast as and when.

Are you getting the REAL 1W one? I would be very interested in seeing the review of it.

Nope it's the other one I'm getting which outputs around 700mW I believe. I went for that one because of the focus setting.. maybe a mistake there :undecided:

The focus on that one is inside the head while the new one has the focus ring on the outside making it easier to focus.

ahh right so I guess it's going to come with one of those wire focusing tools then like the 400mW 532 [which is back in stock btw] That's not the only difference though as the REAL 1w puts out 200mW more.

Yeah, I was just mentioning the focus though. If you wanted to change the order you could probably just email Susie if your order is still in packaging. Actually, you're good on the focus ring. I just went to O-like's website and it looks like they changed the one you bought to the newer host.

Lol everyone knows how that feels. I just ordered a "5mW" 405nm pen from ebay with expedited shipping so it will be here this week, just so I have something to do while waiting for my 360mW 405 from O-like to arrive.

hehe but you've got the o-like red.. I'd be playin' with that. right now I'm messing about with my greens, with home made fog by turning on the dirty rings on our cooker.. told missus there was a reason not to clean em lol

I set my 200mW green beaming out the bathroom window last night then went for a walk to see how it looked, when I got back my neighbour [an old guy] was craning his head looking at where the beam was coming from.

No it didn't. It came in a little plastic packaging with a thin cardboard backing to it. It also said green laser on it. I will see if I can find it and post a picture of it.

Right I thought as much, guess that's where we're making the savings then. my 200mW came in a huge box which was clearly made for a better/larger model, must've rattled around the whole way to me.

Which model is yours? Mine fit inside its packaging because the packaging was made for the cute style lasers.
