I've got some questions about a recently acquired o-like CR2 batter/charger, any help is appreciated:
1) The lights on the charger are confusing, I tried to find the reviews on dealextreme for what looked to be the same charger and half of them said red meant charging and green meant full. The other half said green meant charging and red meant full.
What I have determined is that the light turns green if I plug it in empty or place the batteries in it while it is not plugged in. With 3.3v reading on the batteries the light turns red when I plug it into an outlet which brings me to the next question:
2) The batteries have 3.0v listed on the green plastic coating, but my multimeter shows they are charged to 3.3v right now. Are they overcharged or actually 3.7v nominal and undercharged?
3) Just how safe is this charger? Should I be worried about it?
