O-like 400mw 405nm w/ 405-g-1?

I put the aixiz 445 lens in it, its a bit longer, so the brass retainer at the bottom of the spring loaded lens assembly has to be reamed out so its the same diameter as the lens. unfortunetly I have no experience with the 405-g-1 lens, but if its the same length as the aixiz 445 then yes it would work.

Cool. Thanks

Are you talking about your 445? Because I took my O-like 405 apart and no modification had to be made to this laser to install an aixiz lens. And the 405 does not have a spring loaded lens assembly...

Without an LPM I can say that I didn't see a noticeable difference in the quality of the dot or in the overall brightness of the laser with the aixiz lens installed. Unfortunately I do not have a G-1 lens to test.

Wouldn't a glass lens have a big difference over a acrylic?

Mine is the 445, I stand corrected. I figured since they are in the same host that they would use the same lens assy. Sorry

Just wanted to clear it up. I was confused when you started describing the lens assembly. :yh:
