O-Like 200mW waterproof laser

this looks like a fantastic laser...can anyone let me know what it is like? it seems great for the price. can you see the beam at night without fog? i know that you dont get a red laser to see a beam; thats what a green laser is good for. but is this one visible in a fairly lit room? and how is the burning power? what would everyone recommend?

Yes, you can see the beam at night without fog and in a little lit room, but not in a fairly lit one. The burning power is good, it can light matches melt dark plastic and burn dark paper.
