nubm41 laser diode 445 blue

I picked up a nichia NUBM41 blue laser diode and it has two pins on it I need to have somebody tell me which is positive and which is negative so I can hook it up correctly please post comment thank you

You also posted this question in an old thread. With the pins coming at you and both nearer the top, the cathode, negative, is on the left. Also, the square notch cut out of the edge of the diode is held down giving you the same polarity.
