Can anyone please help me find a ma to mw graph for the NUBM47-A1 diode? I wanna know what ma creates what power but can't find a chart. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Red cowboy is there a graph?

It's a nubm44, same as the nubm44 graph.
Diodes vary a bit even in the same projector, plus the power supply does not show the next decimal space so 100mw one way or the other is moot.

Here are some graphs.

NOTE Tater May was getting 7.5 watts and not seeing fold back until 5.4amps average he told me, so you could push to 5 amps, also there are test videos, the diodes seem to evolve over their production a tiny bit, I stick to 4.5amps myself, I did see a difference at 5 amps, but that diode is dead and another from it's time frame at 4.5amps lives on today, strong too.

Thank you! Do you know how far you can safely push that diode? How many ma is max?

I think 4.75 amps is the tip of it's sweet spot, if you have a freak maybe a little more, but remember, diodes wear over time and you need to leave some room, I stay at 4.5a but would go to 4.75a with an ample heat sink.
