Nother noob question - Can anyone sell on here? gb etc?

I think anyone can sell in the BST section, but you have to be 'established' to sell in the pro shop section.

but selling non laser related equipment is probably frowned upon I'm guessing . . .

In my case . . . prolly not unless one of the mods/owners drive an Audi . . .

I have a sweet little boost gauge that shows up in the driver information display in the instrument cluster . . .

Prolly frowned upon like I say . . . unless . . .

Now that I have no idea.

You can probably post it in B/S/T unless it's illegal - there is no real rule saying what can and can't be sold, so you'll see plenty of partly-related and unrelated items in there. Most of the stuff is at least techy/geeky in nature, even if it isn't laser related, because that's the kind of market we are ;) .

I don't think most people mind, unless you are selling shittons of old electronics, I figured that out the hard way... So if you have something people would actually use, PSP, .357, netbook, etc, then I would suppose its ok.

yeah kindof a long shot for a boost gauge for pre 2002 Audi's . ..

but you guys seem to have alot of users . . .

anyway, just thought I'd toss that out there . . .

If you want to sell something like that, it would make more sense to go to a automobile forum. People do sell odd stuff here, but for the most part its geek, nerd, electronic items.

You'd also have more potential buyers there. Here it's mostly people with an expensive laser vice - which probably precludes a sports car vice. :p

well this is pretty geeky/electronica, problem is that it's for a pretty small model year range of car . . . here's the install pdf.

It's pretty cool, integrates boost, oil temp, speed, voltage and Valentine 1 in the instrument cluster . . .

The problem with the Audi forums I'm on they require you to be an advertiser/vendor=$$$ to do a group buy . . .

You keep on plugging this thing here. I seriously doubt anyone here is going to bite or they probably would have by now. As mentioned, try automotive forums or list it on ebay.
