I was very tempted to get one, but I already have a 445nm in a C6... with a custom focus adapter from FlamynPyro.

Holding out for a 2W+ build.

Uhm, for 900-1k a pop... bit out of my price range. I mean I could do it, but it will take time to save up.

He mentioned in that other thread that he's working on a 3LD build... to run at about 2W per diode... I'm saving for that one;)

I've been brainstorming and designing a 3 LD host recently (maybe I should say fantasizing ;)) 3 445's in one host, combined to maybe 4.3-4.9 watts....ooohhhh yeah.:D

Damn, I was looking forward to getting one of these at this value. If only bills could be paid late without penalty. :rolleyes: What is the "usual" price on these, $190?

Thanks bud, I now have more of this available. They are now upgraded to copper.
