ok heres the link,just wondering how safe it is to shine a laser like this into a crowd of drunk dancers? these things are at heaps of events,how come no-one gets blinded? or have i missed something?......................................again..................... ;D

Well, here is how it is advertised : 140 mW RGY Aerial Display Laser
So, NONE of the lasershow devices are really meant to be shone into a crowd, but lots are. Generally speaking, by the time the laser makes it to the person, the fog, smoke, diffraction gratings, and low power of the display all take effect, and not too much is really smakcing folks in the noggin. It IS dangerous, which is why it is outlawed in most areas to scan the crowds....
