Next Diode Up From PHR

What would the next diode up in terms of power be from the 803t? I have a 803t build now but the diode is slowly dieing and I have a rather dim dot now that's hard to see from more then 2 meters away in a bright room. I was running it at 100mA and somewhere along the line it went wrong.

What's the next diode up from the 803t? Would it be a 4x?

there arent many choices at all. more or less only the nichia from o-like, the aw-something sled, or the 4x. all in a similar pricerange. the first two are still quite new and "experimental" here.. not that we ever get to professionally dealing with any diode.. hehe
