Hi guys, or girls!
im a newbiw here as a member although iv been poping in to view the laser stuff from time to time! :yh: I have a good interest in lasers, building/buying ect but lack the knowledge on all the various terms used, ie "sled, wavelength," ect. iv got the gist of some of it! im quite tecnhically minded, done roofing, pluming, electrical wiring, striped and rebuild motorcycles (engines as well) and motor mechanics, and dome loads of soldering, some electromic, but mostly making my own cables for various bits that i have! some experience on a milling machine but unfortunately not cnc milling:yabbem:!

an area id like on advice here is getting hold of the goods required to make up the lasers, as im in england and the parts obtainable in the u.s is quite phenominal compaired to here in england, and im sure i have seen a few uk users here in the past viewing this site! any one whom can help here would be appreciated especially in the obtaining of parts and some good old advice!

thanks guys
mike:yh:

Also if you are interested in an easy laser kit to assemble check out this link there are several different kits to choose from. I have purchased one of jayrobs kits and it is superior quality and very easy to assemble.
