Newbie...Fixin to purchase a module!

Hellow laser guyz and galz! Any advise on my laser module purchase? I've got one Question I know of for sure. The module I'm lookin at says 200mw...with 5% tollerance. Does this mean I'm probabbly only going to get 5% of that 200mw output...Or does it mean that the power output could vary each side of 200mw by 5%? And how do I know if it has IR filters?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for reading my post and have a great weekend!

Tolerance % is the percentage +/- of the quoted value
that the value could be off.

I would ask the Seller about IR Filtering.....
FYI.... most Chinese sellers over state the output power
of their underspec Lasers...
