drivergence is same NUGMOx,ndg700/7575/7475
power is less than 700mw and max current is 1,6A(suggestion)

In the bottom picture, what is the one on the right? That looks exactly like my "488"nm 150mw... which I think is actually more like 490

Someone on eBay recently lowered the price on these Sharp 520nm diodes. For the money they look like a great deal. I haven't purchased one yet as I already have many 520nm green lasers, but I paid much more for the diodes in all of those.
