So I got a project box at radioshack and built an LM317 driver with a 25 ohm rheostat... got 6 switches... got a FREE DIODE from a local pc repair shop (ask nicely for an old/broken dvd rw drive), wired it up and... pew pew pew!!! First really good looking build and I hope you guys like it.
The two switches at the top are: left- constant on/off, right- momentary.
The toggle switches are: left- fan, right- safety
The bottom switch is constant on/off illuminated (pretty cool). It serves as a safety switch and emergency shutoff.
That hole in the back I had drilled for a smaller potentiometer that I didn't end up using. I'll cover it with a warning label.
