New mod?

I was reading the "reviews" section and at the bottom, It names BeautySoulQueen as a moderator. Has he/she hacked the system, or is she a proper mod. Also they seem to have lots of rep, but her tab on the user page isn't there.

That's another of c0ld's accounts.. I've seen him log in using it before, also his girlfriend has used it for a bit.
