New 1.5W + 445nm C6 :)

Hi

So ... I had a C6 host and a I just had to do somthing with it ...

This laser uses an M140 diode with a 3 element glass lens and a buck driver. The buck driver is set to 1.78A . The driver's ic is also heatsinked.

I have also got a new Saik SA 305 heatsink from Eudaimonium and it is just awesome :thanks:
Now I'm waiting for the Saik host to arrive from DX ... It will take some time though ...

I'm using a nikon coolpix p500 camera. It is not an SLR camera but it is good for now

I will probably buy a new SLR in the next few months ...

Is this laser for sale? I am in the market for a new laser. I just recently found out about the laserpointer forums... I have purchased 2 green lasers so far and I'm looking to get a blue 445 to add to my collection.

I live in the US, and I know the proper safety for handling/using lasers. I have (and use) goggles.
