neighbor issues

i am looking for a laser for my aunt who is having a problem with a security camera that is owned by her neighbor that is pointing into my aunts back sliding glass door. she needs it to be not super expensive, waterproof, and on a cord so the batteries wont have to be changed all of the time. it doesn't need to be super power full, just bright enough to make the camera non effective in her neighbors spying efforts. if you could drop me a link to something that is shipped from the u.s. that would be great. and as far as i know, blinding a camera that is being used to spy on your house with a laser is completely legal as long as it does not damage the camera.

We can't help you with illegal activities. Try a spot light with a strobe feature. Will prevent the camera from properly capturing an image. You won't get any suggestions concerning such uses for lasers here.
