NEED to Harvest a cpl Nichia 445nm M-140 Laser Diodes ASAP!

Hello I have an emergency I need to harvest a couple of the blue laser diodes I believe one of the later model numbers m140 was just wondering what kind of consumer electronics would have that dialed in it which specifically should I look for use it only video projectors that have this or have they broken out where I go to took maybe like an auto parts a dealership and get some part that I can Harvest it's kind of an emergency guys got to prove the concept of working on real fast thank you!

You could break into a school that has the particular projector you need. You won't be finding M140 diodes at a store. I have a ton in stock if you can wait a couple days.
