Hello, this is my first test for the M140 laser module, I bought AIXIZ glass lens and I'm not sure if I mounted it right or wrong? Which is the right side and How to focus and make the dot small. Thanks.

I hope you bought some goggles before you try anything. Also you should make sure your module is heatsinked or the diode will die. You should post a picture of your module before plugging it in.

For the lens, screw the lens into the module. I can't tell which is the front of the from the picture; usually it's the side with the screw-in ring. You'll just have to see what produces a dot.
